Refund policy
Returns.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14days have past since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eyelashes ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, it must also be in its original packaging. The seal must be intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes earrings due to health and safety reasons for hygiene purposes. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, order number etc.
Any item that is not in its original condition, used, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error,Any item that is returned more than 14days of delivery. will not be refunded.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you if your item is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will then be processed to the credit card that was used to purchase, please allow up to 3-5 working days for refunds to be returned back into your bank account. please note this may take longer on some occasions.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately sale cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange the same item, you will need to contact us at byherltd@hotmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund your shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider a tracked services. We dont guarantee we will receive your returned item and this will be your proof of postage and delivery.
