JEWELLERY CARE AND WARRANTY POLICY

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Jewellery can experience discolouration over time due to multiple factors including exposure to moisture, chemicals and other environmental factors. Our jewellery is 18k gold plated stainless steel and should last upto three years fade free if taken care of properly.

Things to avoid.

We aim to produce the highest quality when it comes to our jewellery, however all jewellery can be preserved longer with extra care. Please avoid harsh chemicals; such as bleach, sanitiser, oils or heavy creams. Your jewellery wont necessarily turn your skin "green" but will fade in colour faster. 

Our jewellery is water-safe; if it does get wet pat dry with a towel and this should prevent rings and earrings becoming loose.

Remember to store your jewellery in a secure, cool and dry place to prevent the metal from reacting. As some of our pieces are delicate and dainty please handle with care when removing and fastening them.

How to clean your jewellery:

- We provide a soft lint free cloth with every order, we recommend cleaning your items with water and soap and polishing them to keep your jewellery shining for longer.

Most of our jewellery is waterproof and non-tarnish unless stated otherwise in the description. Taking care of your jewellery following the steps above can help maintain the longevity of your pieces for upto 3 years.

We have a 14 day warranty, which covers if anything we state wont happen to your jewellery.
